College Regulations

Dear student, 
Eshkolot College offers a variety of courses, further training and workshops in various fields. 
We, thank you for trusting us, choosing us and joining our ranks. 
We will make every effort so that you get the best professionally and organizationally. 
Each course has a syllabus and a system with predetermined lecturers, the college has the right to change them. 
If there are more or less students than planned, or according to the capacity, the college has the right to change the study hours accordingly, to shorten or extend them, as well as to postpone the opening date of the course according to the minimum number of registrants that it determines. 
In the professional world of each field there are accepted procedures and codes of conduct, to which we strive. 

Procedures Administrative procedures 
1. Each course, training and workshop has a teacher coordinator, to whom any problem or request on the professional side is directed. 
2. Administrative matters are brought before the course coordinator. 
3. Registration fees will be paid at the time of registration by credit card, check or cash. The registration fee will only be refunded in a situation where a candidate has registered for the course and the course has not opened/took place, after a postponement of up to 7 months from the date planned on the day of registration. 
4. Tuition and other payments will be made up to a week before the start of the course (at the latest by the day the course opens). 
 a. Payment will be made in cash (the entire amount) or on credit up to 6 payments without interest. 
 b. In a spread over 6 payments, the student will pay the amount required by the credit company or Blender. 
 c. In any case, a credit card will be taken for security until the full payment is completed 
 d. A candidate who arrives for studies and does not arrange the means of payment ahead of time will be charged the credit card, given at the time of registration, without prior notice.
 e. A candidate will not be able to start his studies at the college if he has not arranged the means of payment for the course in advance. and. 
 f. A student will not receive a certificate of qualification/participation until he has finished paying his full debt to the college. If the payment is made by standing order (also through Maximus), the certificate will be delivered at the end of the last payment. 
 g. From the moment a student qualifies for a certificate, according to his request, he will receive a letter of eligibility. The certificate itself will be sent by email up to two months from the date of eligibility.
 h. A student who takes a repeated practical final exam will pay a fee of 400 NIS, a repeated theory test (from 3rd) - 100 NIS.
 i. If a student needs to repeat a full course, he will pay a total of 75% of the tuition. If he has to repeat certain professions/professions, the college will make a relative calculation regarding the costs. 
5. Cancellations
 a. Cancellation of hybrid training (digital and face-to-face) - a cancellation request after 48 hours from the date of registration and before 14 business days have passed from the date of registration will charge the registrant for the cost The intellectual property in the amount of 7,980 NIS  (seven thousand nine hundred and eighty NIS) and signing this study agreement and approving the same regulations as signing a promissory note for all intents and purposes. 
 b. A full refund will be given if the request to cancel registration reaches the college administration by email or WhatsApp within 48 hours from the moment of registration , i.e. placing the order, provided that the cancellation is made 7 working days, at least, before the course opening date, with the exception of the registration fee of 500 NIS, which in any case will not be refunded.
 c. All courses have registration fees that are included in the price. 
 d. From the day the course opens, the full tuition will be paid, without entitlement to any refund, regardless of whether the student participated in the course or not.
 e. If the payment was made in installments, then the student will bear the costs of canceling the deal. 
 f. Customer credit and refund if the full tuition fee is paid, will be carried out by the college within 14 days from the date of receipt of the customer's notice of cancellation of the transaction. 
 g. In the case where the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made by crediting the customer's credit card, and a notification of this will be given to the company The credit, with a copy to the client, within 14 days of receiving the client's notice of the cancellation of the transaction. 
 h. It is agreed that the exclusive jurisdiction will be only the court and/or the Office of Execution in Haifa. 
6. If a student requests recognition and release from a certain profession, a statute of limitations applies to studies Previous more than 6 years from the moment of their graduation. 
7. Release and recognition from previous subjects or studies from another institution only with a syllabus and final grade from the previous institution of study and with the approval of the course coordinator. 
8. A student in reserve service or a pregnant student will receive concessions according to the "Student Rights Law". 
9. The student must take care of his own food. 
10. The candidate must report any physical, health or mental problem and/or taking medication to the course coordinator or the course coordinator at the time of registration or at the first opportunity as soon as the problem appears or immediately after starting to take the medication. 
11. Clothing - according to the rules of the course. 
12. The college is not responsible for the personal equipment of the students, they must keep their personal equipment. 
13. It is necessary to move the vehicle slowly and carefully within the college facilities. 
14. Insurance - for each student, in the courses to be defined By the college, to be insured against personal accidents through the college's insurance agent or directly. Unless the student presents a policy in his name like active athletes in a sports association. 
15. Admission conditions - the candidate must pass an admission test (in certain courses) and meet the threshold conditions. Age - for sports instructor courses, under the sports administration, in competitive branches - yearbook age 16 (graduation of 10th grade), receiving the instructor's certificate only at the age of 16. Popular branches - age 17. Also, the participants of the sports courses in the competitive branches must be members of the union and have experience of 3 years participation in competitions. For the participants of the study courses, the students must have proven experience of 3 years of activity in the industry. Beyond that, each course has its own admission conditions. 
16. The college will recognize the previous studies of a student who holds a certification certificate for an instructor or coach in a recognized branch (according to the sports law) or his studies in courses studied in the same subjects for an academic degree at an institution recognized by the MALAG provided that they studied up to 6 years ago at the same institution or any other recognized institution , and on the condition that the student presents a certificate from the academic institution that he has completed the studies of the subject (anatomy, physiology, etc.) as part of his studies for an academic degree and has successfully met all the academic requirements. 
17. The student is responsible for his dog during the course, in its various facilities, before and after the activity hours and often during the activity itself. exercise his professional judgment regarding his dog and inform the instructor of any unusual matter, concern, or problem. 
18. In the therapy dog training course, the student is required to bring a young dog with him according to the instructions of the course instructor and only after opening the course and learning the requirements from the therapy dog, that is, the dog must be suitable for its purpose and with the instructor's approval . The college is not responsible for fitting the dog. 

Academic procedures 
1. Attendance - mandatory minimum 80% of the activity, some of the activities have mandatory attendance, i.e. 100% (specified explicitly). 
2. Passing grade - 70% (unless otherwise stated). 
3. Receiving a diploma is conditional on meeting all course requirements including: attendance, a passing grade in all tests, submission of all papers and reports, fulfillment of duties in internships and stays, receiving positive final opinions from the training staff at the college and stays (internship) and completion of all payments. 
4. It is the responsibility of the students to arrive on time for the theoretical lessons in Zoom and the practical ones in the field, the students must keep up to date with the system and changes. Only in the case of a last-minute change, the college will notify in the course's WhatsApp group. The college will not conduct the studies at this meeting nor will it repeat the above lesson. 
5. Retests will be conducted during the course as well as the final exams, the format of the retest is not necessarily the same as the original test, a practical retest will be at least two months apart. 
6. Any unusual case or request will be referred to the Exceptions Committee which will include at least 3 members of the college faculty, the committee is chaired by the CEO of the college who forwards his recommendation to the head of the college and is the determiner. 
7. In order to obtain certification in the sports professions and more, the student is required to be certified as a first aid provider in the scope of a course of 28 hs., after which a refresher is required every two years in the amount of 6 hrs. 
8. In some courses, an internship must be completed as part of the curriculum. For this, you receive a reasoned written opinion from the instructor/therapist with whom the stay was carried out, this is an integral part of the course. 
9. The study materials and recommended sources will be provided by the course teacher or course coordinator at the beginning/during the course. 
10. It is recommended that students write down summaries, comments and additions according to what is said in class. 
Details of rules for distance learning 
1. An online class enables distance learning, without distraction and the use of advanced technologies, however, one must be careful to follow the instructions given and also observe proper behavior during the lessons in order to enable their proper conduct. 
2. The online classes will take place on the zoom platform. 
3. The students will receive a link to enter the system long enough in advance so that they can prepare for the class. 
4. There is an obligation to participate actively during the classes. 
5. The webcam will be open throughout the class , failure to open a camera will be considered a deduction from the lesson. 
6. You must log in 10 minutes before the start of the lesson and verify the soundness of the audio device and camera. 
7. Students are obliged to log in using a computer/laptop, it is forbidden to log in using a mobile phone. 
8. Solving various technical problems related to the computer , camera and/or to the Internet - the responsibility of the student before the start of the class. 
9. A student who knows about a technical malfunction will inform the teacher / course coordinator ahead of time, a repeated malfunction will be considered an absence. 
10. The online studies will be carried out according to the regular schedule of the course. 
11. Changes in the time system will be sent to students ahead of time. 
12. Obligation to get ready for an online class: sitting at a suitable table, opening a web camera, quiet environment, appropriate clothing and preparing all the equipment required for the class. 
13. Attendance will be checked at the beginning of the lesson, and after each break, using a questionnaire that will be sent in the online chat. 
14. Being late for an online class will be considered an absence in the course log. 
15. Leaving during the online class without prior arrangement and the lecturer's approval will be considered an absence. 
16. During the lessons the speaker must be muted in order not to disturb the course of the lesson, except when there is an open discussion. 
17. All lessons will be recorded and saved on the college website. 
18. Tests will be held face-to-face only and not remotely (in courses under the sports administration). 

Behavior Code
1. One must adhere to the learned and mandatory safety rules. 
2. One must behave according to the accepted codes of attitude towards the college staff, course members, students, patients and their parents. 
3. A personal example that obliges a guide, coach, teacher or therapist also obliges the students. 
4 . One must help the weak. 
5. Do not laugh, condemn, humiliate and be cynical with one another, especially towards the weak. 
6. Maintain peace and politeness. 
7. Smoking and eating is permitted only in the places and times that are announced. 
8. One must be on time, being late or leaving before the time will be counted as a deduction. Being late to class disturbs the whole class and therefore, in case of being late, it will not be possible to enter the lectures or participate in the practical classes until the next break. 
9. Attendance will be checked at the beginning and at the end of the school day. Partial non-attendance will be considered non-attendance for that half of the day. 
10. Do not copy or allow to be copied in tests, do not forge or cheat. 
11. In therapy courses - the rules of confidentiality and patient privacy must be maintained. 
12. Do not consume, use, transfer or possess drugs of any kind and alcoholic beverages. 
13. Mobile phones must be turned off/silenced when entering institutions; During the theoretical and practical classes, they should not be allowed into the activity areas at all. 
14. Maintain the integrity and integrity of the equipment and facilities. 
15. Maintain cleanliness and order. 
16. It is strictly forbidden to bring animals to the college and its facilities, except in animal courses with the approval of the course instructor. 
17. Deviation from these codes of conduct can result in immediate termination of studies, in which case tuition will not be refunded.
